Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is our top concern and we want you to be very happy with your purchase. We are 100% sure that you will love your Lashed by DanniTM purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We promise to make things right.
Please understand that, due to our products we cannot and do not provide refunds. Lashed by DanniTM is not responsible for the following:

In the case of a Lashed by DanniTM error in producing your order, please accept our apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible.
Processing Time

Your order is typically processed and shipped from our shop within 3-5 business days of the order date. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday begin processing the following Monday.
Shipping Options

We have the following shipping options available:
Standard Shipping (4-5 day shipping & 4-5 day processing, M-F)
**International parcels are shipped via 1st class international and may take 14-21 days to arrive - we do not offer expedited shipping for international parcels**
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your package.
International Orders

We currently ship USPS First Class International to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Delivery time varies depending on location, and customs. Please note we do not currently offer expedited shipping for international orders. International orders may be subject to additional custom fees.
Changes of Address/Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot make changes to shipping addresses after your order has been processed. If you notice that you provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to update your shipping information before your order ships. We are not responsible for stolen packages, miss-delivered packages, or packages shipped to incorrect address provided to us via the ordering process.
